As a Collaborator, I deeply value the power of teams.
My focus is on getting things done by bringing people together from different work silos to form multidisciplinary teams. By doing so, I dissolve boundaries within organisations and create opportunities for team members to assume new roles. In formal leadership positions, I operate more as a coach than a boss, instilling my team with the confidence and skills needed to complete our shared journey. In fact, I am a high school soccer coach in my spare time!
